摘要: 有晶体眼后房型人工晶体(ICL)植入术是一种安全且可逆的矫正屈光不正的手术方式。ICL有特殊的拱形设计,以适应虹膜与晶状体前表面之间的空间特征。临床上极少发生ICL反装,一旦发生不但影响患者屈光状态,而且有可能引发严重并发症。报道眼科收治ICL反装患者1例,报告其诊断、治疗及随访过程。
